1. Cancellation Policy:

We offer a 7-day cancellation policy from the date of placing an order. However, once your advertisement is active and online, cancellation is not allowed.

 

2. Amendments:

You are entitled to make one amendment to your advert without any additional charge. Subsequent amendments will incur a fee of £25 per amendment.

 

3. Removal of Business Listing:

Dogs Direct UK reserves the right to remove any business listing from our platform without notice and for any reason deemed necessary.

 

4. Licensing - Due Diligence:

According to The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018, any company offering kennels, daycare, or boarding services must be licensed. Dogs Direct UK only allows fully licensed businesses to advertise on our platform. To be listed, companies offering these services must confirm possession of the necessary and up-to-date licenses. Displaying their license number is also a requirement.

 

5. Non-Compliance with Licensing Requirements:

Failure to comply with the licensing requirements or providing false information will result in immediate removal from Dogs Direct UK. We conduct annual audits to ensure the validity of licenses, and businesses operating with expired licenses will be suspended.

 

6. Reporting Non-Compliance:

If you come across or suspect a company operating without a proper license, please report it to our investigations team at info@dogsdirectuk.co.uk. Your assistance helps us maintain the integrity of our platform.

 

7. Insurance - Due Diligence:

All businesses advertising on Dogs Direct UK are required to confirm that they have up-to-date and relevant business insurance. While businesses may choose to display their insurance policy on their profile, it is essential to review their current policy for full coverage.

 

8. Legal Responsibility for Insurance Matters:

As an advertising site and not a third-party booking system, Dogs Direct UK does not assume legal responsibility for insurance matters. However, we encourage users to report any instances of companies operating without proper insurance to our investigations team at info@dogsdirectuk.co.uk.
